Rob grew up in South Dakota and started recruiting early in his professional career. Later he moved to Colorado and started Compass Search Group LLC. Now with over a decade of experience he has the right connections to help find what you are looking for. In his career he has completed hundreds of matches made with his clients and thousands of connections in the Heavy Equipment and Finance industries. USRN even named Rob a top producer for his work building companies with the best people available.

In his free time Rob enjoys: hiking, mountain climbing, snowboarding, photography, volunteer coaching high school football, and spending time with friends and family. Rob played college football for USF in Sioux Falls SD, winning two NAIA National Championships and graduating with a business Bachelor’s Degree. Sports gave him the competitive edge and taught him teamwork his clients love. One of his favorite quotes and another reason his clients enjoy working with him is, “It’s hard to beat a guy who doesn’t quit.” Rob takes this mentality into everyone he works with.
